Alabama would have been safely in no matter what quite frankly. If Missouri had lost to South Carolina, and South Carolina had beaten Auburn, Alabama would have been 3 seed and Oklahoma St 4 seed.

I hope Missouri wins the SEC since that Big 12 team is outclassed .

Ohio State winning 24 straight gets dismissed because SEC won seven straight . Missouri was not even in the conference for five of those years .
Missouri has an outside chance only because they joined the SEC or they would be Baylor .

SEC model for success have half the teams ranked and then only play each other . Every other conference does the same thing except for the ranking part .

South Carolina lost to two average to bad teams and are ranked ahead of MSU . Losing to ND is not worse than Tennessee or Georgia much less both .

Wisconsin if they didn't get robbed would have been undefeated vs OSU and highly ranked . The schedules are 68th ,64th and 38th so not a big factor . I hope Missouri and MSU win then the SEC will try to shaft Missouri for Alabama .

1. There is no way for Alabama to move past Missouri should Missouri win and either Ohio State or Florida State lose. There is a way for Alabama to get into the BCS championship but it would require Missouri getting the first spot with a win and both Ohio State and Florida State losing their CCG. That's what you really call a long shot.

2. My advice to you is to quit trying to troll. This is the second post I've read of yours that has attempted it.

Yep, unless FSU loses to Duke, Bama is out of the BCS title game. And I'd say that has about a 1/350 chance of happening.

I guess I wasn't watching ESPN and the expert analyst asked would a one loss Alabama deserve the spot over Missouri .

I like. OSU the least of any of these teams and do not root for any of them . The thing I dislike is the BCS and the politics . The year Auburn and USC both finished undefeated they should have been co champs . Stanford may have been the best team last year nobody really knows . The BCS tried to end the mythical part of the national championship . Next year will be the first non mythical champ . The NCAA basketball tournament does the best team always win or come from the best conference no. My perfect play off would be 8 or more with higher seeds hosting the first round . I want to see a true level playing field like every other sport . I am a Gamecock and Michigan fan .
