Did the Military Bowl President, Steve Beck, attend the MU-ECU game today? I heard he was suppose to attend, but it was never confirmed.

I would be very happy for the team if they get a chance to go to Hawaii. Players love that Bowl game and the organizers do a great job entertaining while they are there. I am guessing the Military Bowl would love to have ECU based on the number of tickets we sold last time.

I agree with you on those thoughts. I know it's hard to impossible for fans to make the Hawaii trip but it is a great reward for the team involved and to me that is more important. You likely have the Military Bowl in your pocket already unless they want to wait to see how Marshall fairs in the C-USA champ game.

Military bowl is likely. Belk bowl not at all likely. Fans traveling is certainly a good thing and ECU has done well MOST of the time. I do remember seeing an article about your last visit to the Liberty that denegrated your travel to that game so don't get too cocky about it. Son.

I would guess the Military Bowl would love a Marshall vs Maryland match up since Marshall fans would travel great to that game and we just played Maryland a few years ago in that Bowl. I don't see Marshall losing the CUSA Championship game so they should be Liberty Bowl bound. If Marshall goes to the Liberty Bowl then ECU would probably go to Military or Beef unless CUSA wants to ship us out to Hawaii on our last year. I guess there is also the remote possibility that the SEC could tell the Liberty Bowl they do not want a CUSA team and then Marshall would get to pick where they want to go as Champion.

Marshall, if you guys really want the Military Bowl maybe the Liberty would take us as a substitute. As bad as we looked yesterday, I still would like an opportunity to bounce back against an SEC team.
