Akron Men's Soccer eliminated from the NCAAs
Akron lost to Marquette 1-0 in overtime on Sunday. This was a second-round game inthe NCAA tournament. Game temperature was 27 degrees, and an Akron defender slipped on the 'frozen tundra' with 23 seconds left in the first overtime period.

If NCAA soccer had its act together, they would start their season earlier, enabling the championships to be held in October.
