Not sure if you believe in these kinds of average rankings, but based on the re-ranking by ESPN, the overall Average Conference rank for the G4 is as follows after 13 weeks:

1. MWC 74.5: Better average rankings in the middle of the conference
2. MAC 79.3: 5 ranked 100 or worse
3. SBC 79.6: Most tightly bunched in the middle
4. CUSA 81.2: 7 ranked 90 or worse

BTW, not a G4/5 member yet, but AAC is at 68.5.

If you compare just top 5 in each conference, the MAC stands out:
1. MAC 37.2: Average ranking of top 5. NIU #10
2. MWC 47.4: Average with Fresno State at #17
3. CUSA 49.8: Average with East Carolina at #32
4. SBC 67.4: Average with Louisiana at #39

Not a G4/5 yet, but AAC still best at 35.2, with UCF #18

And finally, if you compare the bottom 5 from each conference:
1. SBC 93.8: Average ranking of bottom 5 with Ga. State winless
2. MWC 102.4: Average with Hawaii winless
3. CUSA 113.0: Average with Southern Miss winless
4. MAC: 116.2: Average with Miami (O) winless

And again, AAC with 101.8 (no winless teams)

So if I'm reading this right, the Sun Belt does not have a really good team this year but none of them really stinks up the joint other than Georgia State. That is not too bad considering what the Belt has gone through the last few years.
