Wrong! Bowl bids come out BEFORE the voting for Heisman concludes.

If Lynch is seen to be a likely Heisman finalist, then it might impact the bowl invites. Then again I am not sure if the tie-ins limit the flexibility of many Bowls to chose a MAC team.
