RE: Tulsa at La Tech
Thanks for answering my questions about the attendance. I did not realize that Ruston is that small; it sounds about like Hammond (which, btw is where I lived briefly... it's a great small town and SLU has a nice campus).

I'm being serious when I say that y'all should be patient with Skip. He's put together a nice staff from what I understand and he should be able to win in CUSA.

Good luck in the future!

Once again, please give Skip some time. He'll get you there.

There's only 23k in the city. You have to get people to travel there. I can't speak for everyone but for myself..I have a ticket out in my truck. I got off work early to go to the game. But I've been sick this week...still on antibiotics...and I didn't feel like driving an hour and sitting in 40 degree weather for 3 hours watching this. If it weren't on TV, I would've gone...if we were 6-4 instead of 4-6, I would've gone.

Being Thanksgiving break and all the students gone home for break isn't helping it either.

Holidays sure do hurt, LSU attendance was down to around only 90,000. I am sure all those other stadiums shown on tv were rigged with dummy fans making them look full. Baylor and Okie State is good example, their stadium looked packed b ut you know the fans had to be fake because it was Thanksgiving there too.

you are such a fling moron. It really shows me that we have no moderators with guts when you continuously post slanderous B'S against one team on a regular basis. How about somebody step up and ban this guy!!! Jesus!!

Hey I'm not saying we had a packed house, I'll be the first to admit our attendance blew yesterday. I also know that the 90k reported for the A&M game in Baton Rouge is horse **** too unless fans were dressed up as seat backs. Attendance is an issue for everyone this year except for a few teams.

That made me chuckle.

RE: Tulsa at La Tech
What was the actual attendance last night? I think I saw something like 19,000+ as the official tally. That's not a bad turnout considering.....if accurate.

Hammond nice? SLU has a nice campus? If your into crippling poverty and vacant buildings, Hammond is a nice town. The SLU campus is very ugly. Looks like little more than a big high school. I live 20 minutes away from Hammond but never go there. It is kind of like a rural hood.
