RE: Official Houston vs Cincinnati thread
Hofheinz is a dump, but it is oozing with history. Some of the best players of all time played there.
The low ceilings are an eyesore, but they do wonders for crowd noise. The UK, Zona, Memphis, and even some Rice games over the past few years were absolutely deafening.

LOL, everytime I see that picture I can almost see the cigarette smoke stained ceiling tiles. Obviously leftover from the 70s.
And don't forget the Final Fours Banners, Retired Hall Of Fame Jerseys, etc.
UCF??? Right, still so very much new program... Got it.
Must be pretty small banners, else they would hang to the floor. You gotta admit that arena is old as hell. I'm surprised UH hasn't moved into/built, another arena to play basketball.
By the way, my original statement wasn't a flame, I actually remember cheering my head off for Phi Slama Jama when I was a kid. Good times.
Redoing the arena once the football stadium is complete.

Not "badass" enough apparently...
For you, Ck, I'll compromise... I'll agree that you're "still ass," OK?
Still ASS, but not AS good

No kidding. Over 500 yards to under 300.
Their defense made some very big plays to set up some scores. They deserve credit for that.
Then, of course, we can discuss place kicking

Not so fast... IF, our O-line blocked, the outcome goes Houston's favor and not your 33-17 score prediction.
