USA Today Loves “Fat Guy Touchdown"
In a season Kent State fans haven’t had a lot to laugh about, the Nate Terhune TD on a fake punt is a highlight. It’s especially true when USA Today speeds up the video. Take a look.

Fat Guy Fake Punt Touchdown

Good for Nate. Could not have happened for a nicer kid who has had a miserable season.

RE: USA Today Loves “Fat Guy Touchdown"
You can't call him 'a fat guy' - he's big but if he can run like that, he ain't fat. Many other defensive linemen carry a lot more flab. And since he's 6-3 261, and Trayion Durham is 6-1 248, he's in the same range as a guy who totaled 2,000 yards rushing over 2012 and 2013.

I think what's going on is this - he had a metal plate put in his leg when he broke it this September. I think they must have put something bionic in there, or an afterburner or something

They even showed it on one of the local Denver sports report tonight.

Loved the hurdle last night and just as much today. That's determination. 04-rock

He wasn't the punter. The punter ran to the right acting like he missed the snap. Terhune was a few steps behind the line, and took the snap and ran around the left.

It was a reference the BGSU fans will recognize. 03-wink
