Now that the game is over
I'm sure we'll hit a three.

Actually, I'm not even sure we have anyone who can hit a 3 in garbage time.

Stat that stands out to me:

Blocks. MT had 11, UALR 0.

0 of whatever from the 3 point line stands out to me. I think it was 0 of 11. Seemed like we jacked up more than that.

RE: Now that the game is over
We didn't start jacking them up until the end. I know two or three were shot when we had the ball in the last minute or two. Can't wait until your're out of the game to start shooting threes. Middle was something like 7 of 22 from the arc. That's only 32%. Not real good. But a lot better than 0-11. 0%. 21 points better. That's what I've been trying to get across for years. The way the game is played today, you have to score some from the three point arc. You can't win trying to draw fouls and shooting free throw on every possession. Not against decent teams anyway. Talk about all the stats you want. But in the end, you have to score more points than the other team. As Jimmy Dykes once said, "we don't need shooters...we need makers".

We shot 11 more 3 pointers than we should have. They couldn't stop Will underneath. You don't have an outside shooter, you don't need to be jacking up 3's.

So why don't we have a three point shooter. We've had nearly eleven years to find one. Damn turnip truck stopped coming through Little Rock.

Let's hope Dillard is they guy. I still like WN, James, JT, and Leroy. We just need a 2 guard who can shoot the ball. Still not sure why me and eh were the only one's sick over losing Gillon.
