Frankie Sullivans little Brother choose the Blazers
You know Frankle was a big time baller out of Uniontown Ala, he attended Robert c Hatch High school.

He chose Auburn over offers from Alabama, Florida, UAB, and Virginia.

Frankie was a good player for Auburn, but never what I thought he could have been.

Question did you know our Sullivan was related to frankie.

Did frankie steer his brother away from Barbee and Auburn.

The injury to Frankie, combined with where he played, hindered him.

He would have been great at UAB, especially without the injury.

I think he contributed to our gain with Lewis.

I didnt think they were related. They come from different parts of the state at least.

Birmingham area Blazer fans will have a couple of chances to see Sullivan in person in the regular season. Hazel Green plays in the Sneaky Pete's Classic at Vestavia HS November 26-28. They return to Birmingham for the Steel City Invitational at Samford December 19-21.

They play at Center Point tonight. Tough game against a very athletic team. Be interesting to see how Calhoun fares under Coach Dutton. His teams at Pinson always scored a lot of points so I think Jarvis will thrive.

Hewitt trailed 39-34 going into the 4th and was down 3 with 1:34 left and ends up winning 56-52. Calhoun scored 10 of his 18 in the 4th quarter.
