2014-15 bowl projections? Now???????? 01-wingedeagle

Actually, I know the college football writers (who might not have much to do this time of year) have done this before. But it never ceases to amaze me.

Regardless, this guy sees the Rockets going out to Boise.

Agree----predicting bowl games in May is about as absurd as it gets. They would do just well predicting the end of time-----actually that would be better ----they could predict it for 1000 years from now but if it happens sooner than that there won't anybody left to give them any flak anyway.

The important thing to note are the dates of the games with MAC tie ins.

Saturday 12/20 Idaho Potato Bowl & Camilia Bowl

Tuesday 12/23 Boca Raton Bowl

Wednesday 12/24 Bahamas Bowl

Go Daddy Bowl TBA

Early pickers, from what I have read, have NIU winning the West and this with an unproven QB. Hmm.

I'm not saying they will but it's hard to pick against them at this point. UT, BSU, and NIU will all be starting new QBs this year. EMU is EMU and I don't really know much about CMU. WMU recruited a supposed great class of incoming freshmen but their HC is nuttier than squirrel sh** and apparently can't coach to save his life. All that being said, the safe thing to do is go with recent history and NIU seems the safest pick.
