Will has to get his 3-point shot back. Looks like that has happened.

Our point guards have to be legit. Devonte and J. T. have 6 assists against only 2 turnovers, which is very good.

Gus has to be solid. Jury still out.

We have another 3-point shooter to go with Will. No go so far.

We could have had all those elements in place and still not won against Florida. They just had an abundance of beasts with skills. But we have to have those components to win the games we should be able to win. One thing I notice that players seem to be taking three point shots from different spots on the floor. Now I recall being told by someone that Eddie Sutton determined where you could shoot 50% from, and if you took a shot and missed from somewhere which wasn't your high percentage spot, you were in trouble. If you messed around shooting a basketball at all, you know there were certain spots that fitted your eye and you were pretty consistant from there. Granted, great shooters can make shots from anywhere, but even they have spots that are better than others. I don't know if Steve charts something like this or not. He might. But these guys need to start working to get to their shots from their "Hot Spots".

I will guarantee that Belt coaches have noticed what Will has done the first two games.

He's already been picked on the All SBC team before the season began. I'm sure they didn't need the last couple of games to know they have to concentrate on stopping him in order to stop us.

Oh no, they knew about him. But just like us, I am sure they were waiting to see if his 3-point shot was back.
