What Would Billy Bean Do
The Big East, as a 9 full/ 17 partial collection of teams, had an approx $130M/year contract offer, $11+/yr for full members, $2+/yr for non-football members.

Circumstances were different then, but for sh!ts n giggles, I'll take a stab anyway...

How to find an aggregate of G5 teams that collectively generate that contract and average payout...How to replace 9.5 March Madnesses and 1 BCS win per year...hmm

BYU is only available as a non-football member.
