Latest BCS Rankings
Per the article from Tom Groeschen today UC is 36th in the latest BCS Rankings. There were multiple posts last week stating UC hovered around 80 in the BCS Rankings. Pretty big jump in a week!

RE: Latest BCS Rankings
They somehow received 6 votes in the coaches poll which generated them some BCS points.

Either one voter put us at #20 in the country , 6 voters put us at #25 or some combination in between . Love to see the details. Isnt (wasn't) there a site somewhere that charts the votes by each voter?

RE: Latest BCS Rankings
The jump is entirely due to votes in the polls. Polls are 2/3 of the formula so everyone without votes is below everyone with votes. We're still around 80th in the computers.

But I'll take it.

If we win out and UCF drops a game late couldn't we theoretically jump them?

I think they need to drop two since we don't play them.

With no head to head match up, tie goes to highest rated team.

A 36th ranking in the BCS polls is hilarious to me. Maybe we got some run for the P5 conferences afterall.

RE: Latest BCS Rankings
Say what you will, a win on the road over Rutgers and we will be 8-2 and worthy of some Top 25 votes.

Add a win on the road over Houston to that and we will be in the Top 25.
