We were a Sweet Sixteen team in the last decade. We won the regular season conference championship a couple of years ago.

No, we probably wouldn't have won last night without Frazier.

Guess what? Nobody here is downing Frazier. Everybody with an opinion is glad to have him. You are defending a player who hasn't been attacked.

The argument is if he's a NBA pro or not. Of course UAB fans can't down what looks like a championship season. I just think he will be ready for the league at the seasons end.

Maybe you're right. Hell, I hope so.

I guess we'll all find out together.

Meantime, you made factually inaccurate statements about my team, and I pointed them out.

I like seeing new posters here, but when your first several posts are all over one kid's jock, it comes off as silly.

Relax. It's a long time til March.
I can respect that, but he still will be on 2k15

Sweet Jesus, I meant, Jekorie (or however he spelled it) Tyler.

Getting old really does suck.
That's right. "Pulling a T-Rod" became a euphemism for "taking my ball and going home." 03-lol

RE: CHAD FRAZIER OVERVIEW AFTER 2 GAMES
Chad is going to be recognized as a great UAB player, as are some of the other guys on our roster this year, when his career in B'ham is completed. What the future holds for this young man will determined by his body of work and the roll of the dice. I wish him the best here and thereafter.

You started off by saying that he was brought in to "resurrect YOUR program". You can excuse YOURSELF.

Chad Frazier looks to be a great player, but anointing him a first round draft pick after playing one-D1 game against a crappy opponent is ridiculous. I hope he does make it into the NBA, he definitely has the dimensions for it. But threads like this make our fanbase look clueless, and since you aren't a member of our fanbase, I'd appreciate it if you didn't make anymore ludicrous statements like that. He's a kid on a team that has a lot of work ahead of them including a game against an in-state team on Thursday, then a major tournament on ESPN the next week before coming back and playing a perennial powerhouse in North Carolina.

This sort of talk is madness.

Hey! Chad is from North Carolina. Actually he was born in Boston.

RE: CHAD FRAZIER OVERVIEW AFTER 2 GAMES
Just watched the highlights and it reminded me. After his steal and layup, he went back up the court grimacing and favoring his groin. He grimaced for a couple minutes.
It certainly wasn't a major injury, but looked like it could have been the type of pull that could be a nagging injury (I have almost no basis for this).
I'm just wondering if anybody has heard anything about whether or not he's injured at all

What did you brew ? The standard coffee at my office is Maxwell House Bold. I hate it, but it is what is purchased by the fund. Occasionally I bring in Jamaican Blue Mountain in my thermos.

It's not madness when NBA scouts are already talking about him. I guess the experts who get paid to do this are crazy too. The UAB fans are just now seeing Frazier but he has been doing work for the past two years against NBA prospects, high major athletes. C-USA is a joke compared the players he's seen. If he was at Carolina he be starting there too. You have to look at size, skill and potential. Basketball is a business and you can't be blind to that sir.

Went the k-cup route at my shop. Paul Newman's bold blend. Organic or bust. That's how I roll.

Okay I'll bite! I'm going to need to see some NBA scouts putting something in print before I name my second child Chad.

Since I got all healthy, I drink water pretty much exclusively now, though I did have a sweet tea with my pregame Milo's last night (also a rare treat).

I traveled to Muscle Shoals last Friday night, because I had to.

Fortunately there will be no first round playoff games next year for the team I follow.

Well I think Todd Mehinti will eventually be a part of a future argument of Who is better? Lebron James or Tosin Mehinti?

I actually know some NBA scouts. I used to sit next to them at UAB home games. The ones I know are a little crazy, yes.

NBA scouts looked at Elijah Millsap early too and looked what happened to him when he left early. Or do you even know who that is?
