We've offered but he's 5 star where? Unless I'm wrong here I think he's just inside the top 100 at Scout and Rivals.

We've offered? Don't see that. Do see where he's interested. Also don't see him ranked at Rivals or Scout.

I cannot imagine we have not offered him. If JP has not I would imagine there is a very good reason for it.

Yes we have offered. Scout and ESPN have him rated a 3* which is more realistic. Rivals has not yet rated him.

Cue the references to the 3*s on our 2007-2008 team ...

That could very well be the reason. I was just basing my comments off the idea that he was a top 25-30 player like the one link suggested.

The 247 composite ranking (rankings from multiple recruiting services) has his average in the 160 plus range. The Future150 site is a real outlier here --

Future150 ranks guys to try to intentionally create a stir. First, they bump guys higher into their rankings when the player has attended one of their camps. If they've attended multiple camps, they get an even bigger bump. Second, their goal is to rank guys who are active on social media higher in hopes that the recruit will begin tweeting links to their site, helping them get more traffic and exposure.

*IF* those offers are real (not just reported by the player or the player's "uncles") than maybe the guy is undervalued. I'll trust a list of offers from good basketball schools more than I will a 'recruiting site' any day ---
