Remaining Undefeated, Winless, and 1 loss teams (after week 11)
Teams with 1st loss week 11:
Oregon

Teams with 1st win week 11:

none

Teams with 2nd loss week: 11:

Oklahoma
Houston
Miami (FL)

Percent of Last Week's Undefeated Teams with 1st loss:

Week 1: 41.13% (51 of 124)
Week 2: 31.51% (23 of 73)
Week 3: 30% (15 of 50)
Week 4: 17.14% (6 of 35)
Week 5: 31.03% (9 of 29)
Week 6: 15% (3 of 20)
Week 7: 17.65% (3 of 17)
Week 8: 28.57% (4 of 14)
Week 9: 20% (2 of 10)
Week 10: 12.5% (1 of 8)
Week 11: 14.29% (1 of 7)

Undefeateds:
The remaining 4 power conference undefeateds are #1, 2, 3, and 4 in the AP and #1, 2, 3, and 5 in the BCS. In the BCS 1 loss Stanford remains above undefeated Baylor. Undefeated Fresno State and Northern Illinois are #16 and #20 in the AP and #14 and #15 in the BCS (Fresno higher in both).

1 Loss Teams:
Of the 10 1-loss teams, 5 are in the AP top 10 (there is 1 two loss team in the top 10, #10 Texas A&M), 3 are between #11-#15, 1 is between #16-20, and 1 is unranked (Ball State).

Week 11 Thoughts: Thursday was all it was billed up to be. Baylor crushed Oklahoma showing they are more than a cute story. The really big news was out west though. Stanford removed the final unbeaten PAC-12 team in a game they dominated a lot more than the final score shows. This means Florida State and Alabama control their own destiny for a national title and that Ohio State and Baylor can jump up with a loss from either.

On Saturday, we saw Alabama convincingly beat LSU and Florida State crush a Wake Forest team that did give Miami (FL) a scare a few weeks ago. Fresno State easily beat Wyoming.

In last weeks battle of 1 loss teams, we saw Central Florida hold off to beat Houston 19-14 in what looked like their toughest remaining test.

Week 12 Thoughts:

In Wednesday MAC action, we have 2 important games for these lists. Undefeated Northern Illinois is hosting 1 loss Ball State in a game that will almost definitely determine the MAC West representative to the conference championship game. Meanwhile if the Miami (OH) Redskins (forget political correctness) are going to win a game, it's probably going to be this next week. They are playing at 2-8 Kent State. After this, their remaining game are against bowl eligible teams.

On Saturday, we have undefeated Baylor hosting Texas Tech in a game that sadly looks a lot less compelling than it did a few weeks ago. We also have undefeated Ohio State plays at 3-6 Illinois, undefeated Florida State hosts 5-4 Syracuse, and undefeated Alabama playing at Mississippi State. Fresno State has a bye week.

On the 1 loss side, we have a lot of big games. 1 loss Clemson hosts 6-3 Georgia Tech on Friday. On Saturday we 1-loss Auburn hosts 6-3 Georgia. Auburn needs to win that game to stay alive for the SEC title. We also have 1 loss Michigan State playing at Nebraska. The winner of this game is the front runner to represent the division and if Michigan State wins, they will only be a Minnesota loss or another win away from it being locked. We have 1 loss Oklahoma State playing at a 7-2 Texas team that keeps finding ways to win. 1-loss Oregon hosts the same Utah team (now 4-5) that gave Stanford its only loss somehow. 1-loss Louisville hosts Houston in a game they must win to keep their slight BCS hopes alive. Finally, 1 loss Stanford comes off their tremendous win last week, but must not lose again to keep its Rose Bowl destiny in its own hands and this week they play a 7-3 USC team that has completely rebounded in the 2nd half of the year.

Winless Southern Miss hosts 3-6 Florida Atlantic this week, winless UConn plays at 3-5 SMU. Winless Hawaii is back at home playing 5-4 San Diego State.
