Was at the SMU-Rhode Island game. SMU looked much better than the opening game against TCU. . . SMU's FT shooting still sucks, though.

SMU now has a week off. They face their toughest test so far this season a week from tonight. . . A road game @ Arkansas in Bud Walton Arena.

LOL, in no way is that a black eye. Kent was picked 4th in MAC East division. They are a good team. Was expected.

The MAC has a small handful of dangerous teams in specific years. We also know Temple is not expected to do a lot this season, but you'll have to excuse us if we don't expect to lose to a team picked 4th in a MAC division. We are talking about the #17 RPI conference last season, which only had 2 of 12 in the top 100 and 5 of 12 in the top 200.

I would guess that since Memphis is no longer in the same conference as them they are no longer worthy of notice. Heck it is similar to his dislike of the Temple loss to Kent State which is not the first time it has happened. Heck Kent State has been known to punch good teams right in the mouth the past 15-20 years.

Even if a team is in a conference you do not respect that does not mean that a specific team is no good.
