The same thing that happens in 05 a three way split title. You have nothing to worry about on our end though.

1. Louisiana
2. stAte
3. ULM
That was easy.

We're all champions and all get rings. Bowl games choose whoever they want which would be UL to New Orleans and stAte to Mobile.

There will be no split. We will destroy Georgia state and beat a down ULM team.

The crowd for the ULM game is gonna be fantastic. If/when we beat Ga State, a win against ULM would give us our first outright title in a VERY long time. For it to happen at home, on senior day would be a very special thing.

We will beat Georgia State by big numbers. If we can get up on ULM early it too will be an easy game. If they hang around for a while it will be a toss p.

Last time we looked ahead to an opponent, a cellar-dwelling NMSU had a 28-7 lead on us in the first half. Better take care of the game at hand.....just sayin'.

Nope not true State would have to lose one more game in your scenario for an outright title but we would have at least a share with two victories and no State loss.

Worst Case, share with us holding the outright tiebreaker. Atleast to me, that is essentially an outright title.

I understand I agree but the SBC has no tie breakers. We beat them we should be ahead of them but we would both get rings and be considered Champions.

We are a long way from there. But that would not be an outright title. Sorry, I don't like the rule either, but it is what it is.

Tie-breaker is employed only to determine who is guaranteed a bowl, but all tied teams go in the books as champs and get to hang banners, just as in 2005.

Dude, you either hold on to the rope or let go! But please lose the Tulane side of your fandom, disaster is not coming our way this season.

UL always flops one game a season.
Unfortunately I think you may have already done it and it didn't hurt.

Yup, NMSU. We played VERY poorly. I don't think we played very well this past thursday too, but we've changed from a team that finds a way to lose under bustle, to a team that expects to win under Hudspeth. If Hudspeth stays 1 more year, (IF, I can't stress that enough), then 2014 might be one for the history books not only for the cajuns, but for any Sunbelt team.

It only takes won game to get over that hump, we played it in Jonesboro bro. Only one team has come into Cajun Field and won since Hudspeth has taken the reins, ASU. GSU will not beat the Cajuns and neither will ULM in Lafayette. The best shot for a another UL loss will be at USA to end the season.
This season, it was ASU's turn to flop...in Jonesboro.
