Safe to say, this team deserved a NCAA at-large bid. But I don't have to tell you guys about that.

Rutgers was a major women's power a few years ago.

Yep. They've fallen a bit lately, but they're still an upper level American team. They did beat #16 Georgia by 3 back in December for their best win. Decent record, but quite a few narrow wins. They still have the same coach though. Going to be a tough game for sure!

UConn beat 'em by 30, 37 and 26 so they're certainly not back at that level...of course who is.

They could probably just do an 8 team tourney for the women and not have to worry about leaving anyone out who has a chance to win it all. No parity at all. Really doesn't help generate interest like that also.
