ULM vs AstAte
I saw some smack talk in another thread so thought I'd go ahead and start. I think we take this one at home by 10-14. Browning has the offense clicking and a finally healthy Donald at RB. We finally have balance , but our defense seems to get gassed at the end of games making no lead save. Out WRS corps is very thin from injuries too, but the young guys played well at Troy.

don't write us off yet. We're still very capable, regardless of how off an on we have been this year.

I would like for stAte to jump up and get the Warhawks to give Cajuns some margin for error. But, I think the Warhawks when this one by two scores.

Do not sleep on stAte! They have some serious weapons. Buyer beware...

Nor do I though I suspect the OP is correct that ULM will take the win, home field advantage, Browning's last home game, etc. I sure thought stAte would perform much better against USA.

I'm very confident we should get the win. Good luck vs Troy.

I don't think state would ever be taken lightly in this conference. State has earned everyone's respect.

I know I don't take stAte for granted. You guys have had our number and I know how bad Browning hated missing that game last year against stAte and has to be chomping at the bit for this game at home. Should be a really good one.

Last year, I don't think Browning would have made any difference at that point in the season. This year, he'll make all the difference.

Not saying we'll lose....just that it will be much tougher to win with him playing against us.

Browning would have made a huge difference. We scored 24 with wells and he is a decent QB but not on brownigs level. Not saying we would have won but we wouldn't have scored more than 24

RE: ULM vs AstAte
I have watched every SBC team play at least once. ASU will present matchup problems for ULM. The Red Wolves DL is the second best in the conference, and their starting DL is as good as the Cajuns. ULM has some OL issues. Look for Chris Stone to have a big night at DE. Browning will have to get rid of the ball quickly or he will be watching a lot of the game from his back.

If the Red Wolves find their offense, or even avoid costly mistakes on offense, they can win this game.

Our defense has been pretty solid of late. This game will turn on the battle between stAte's OL and ULM's front 7

Troy turned the ball over umpteen times and penalized themselves to death, that's pretty much the difference between ULM and Troy that game. ASU doesn't make those mistakes. I say stAte by 14.

Penalties can be a problem for us.
