So what you are saying is that we're improving!

Mcgee is 3 and 15 against fbs teams

So. They still count as a part of his record.

But if you want to take them off, you have to remove two wins from Callaway too.

Yep, and out of those 3, one was to a winless team, one was to a 1 win team....................one win against a team we weren't favored against, Marshall.

If anything we should run the ball way more from here on. 56 carries for 299yards.

Did you know that going into today's game, we have been pretty balanced between the run and the pass. In fact we had run the ball 10 more times than passed.

Given our talent distribution and the state of our defense, having it be close to 50-50 run-pass is not where we need to be right now.

You can't go 95-5 run-pass and expect to always be so successful. I'm thinking that UAB's ideal mix should be about 70-30 run-pass. We have talent in the WRs, but the issue is time of possession and wearing teams down that allows a run-heavy offense to be the best bet for UAB.

Our defense needs to stay off the field as much as possible. The best way to do that is to run quite a bit more than you pass.

I would like to see us balanced at @ 65/35. Just sayin.

Who is Jon Solomon? Never heard of him.

I don't know anyone who honestly cares one bit what Solomon thinks.

OK, he implied that McGee is a better coach than Callaway. What's wrong with that.

Callaway was 6-18 in the first 2 years. It looks like McGee is poised to deliver the same.

I'm telling you guys...the more Lucy pulls the ball out (come on--did anyone not expect 21-19?), the more I think we are just cursed as a program.

Only twice have I seen us "reverse the curse" at home...the ECU game where we punched the ball out of the back of the end zone, and the Jackie Williams TD vs Troy.

I think the second I back a truck up to that mf-ing Bear statue and pull it away, the curse will be lifted.
