Not sure if he is or not, but he recently updated his twitter profile to him in his NIU practice gear and Huskie Stadium as the backdrop. Definitely wasnt like that not too long. Could be reading into it but its interesting...

I was always curious what happened to him as he was our top recruit a few years back so i check twitter once in awhile to find out what school he ended up at. Hopefully hes back next season.

I was told that he was homesick and wasn't sure if he would come back to NIU. Apparently his grades suffered also. He was going to enroll at a community college in Florida.

Not saying that this is him, but if you search the NIU student directory there is a listing for Charlie Miller. Maybe he changed his mind about transferring out?

Doubtful. The report said he failed academically. I also have a source that said at the beginning of the season Miller was in florida at home.

Well if you know so much about the topic, enlighten us.

It actually seems like a possibility. If he failed academic standards and blatantly told someone he wanted to return, it's possible.

However, he also seems into basketball, so either could be a pipe dream.

Unless, you actually have info, you're speculating like the rest of us.

Ask his buddy Charles Ivory, he's still on the team.

Miller responded to my tweet with "yeah I plan on it bro" when I asked specifically if he was coming back to DeKalb to play football next year.
