The FBHC sounded in that interview like he sounded when admitting his tardiness in recognizing the running capabilities of Reaves. Let's hope his new respect for Perry is rewarded by Perry winning games.

Based on the 1 1/2 year period, it kind of feels like an "aw shucks, I guess I have to play him" type thing to me.

Exactly........sort of a "since all else has failed, I'll grudgingly give him a shot".

Never understood Coach McGee's reluctance in having Perry start at QB.

I guess I'm one of those fans who feels that experience has front of the line priveleges, & Perry's a senior, Brown's time will come, but in retrospect, can't help but feel that Perry should have started this year.

To Perry's credit, he's always been positive and kept an open mind, I thought he'd transfer after last season, but, he's back in the saddle again. To stay, I hope, this time.

" Perry was not made available to the media by McGee to answer that question or anything else this week."

Of course he wasn't, McGee sure let AB have his moments to speak. SMH Let's do this this weekend. Burn the raiders.

Damn.

He catches hell when he's reluctant to change, and he catches hell when he makes a change.

Fair or not, that sort of goes with 5-14 territory.
