With the way Memphis played UCF and Houston, I am surprised they have not broken through yet. Somethings not right.

I'm glad that Memphis is playing Cincinnati again. Feels like things are back to normal. Too bad that Louisville is leaving.

I thought they looked like a team with some talent and speed but they were just so dang undisciplined and utilize awful fundamentals. Packing the line and leaving that secondary one on one all night was a terrible decision.

Fuente appears to be a fiery rah-rah guy but he might want to coach em up some beyond the drill instructor schtick.

They certainly would not compete in any way with a great passing team like aTm. As far as the UC fans down on TT, I'm giving him time.

1. He has made adjustments to the offense to open it up and they are now putting points up and moving the ball.

2. His recruiting has not been overly poor considering the conference we are in.

3. BJ's first year was a disaster on offense and he played a similar style to BK. TT has a completely different style that will require a couple years of coaching the players up to that style.

cinci just keep taking care of business, yall will be fine. Losing to USF was def a fluke. Some tough games coming up with UH and UL it'll be interesting to see how those 3 teams stack up. Regardless of who wins though, im sure UL will still be the best team in the league. 07-coffee3

Yes, Memphis will get better. But Cincinnati will likely be better than they are this season as well. They return a considerable amount of talent and will be familiar with this coaching staff. The injury bug has been a factor for UC. They have had something like 12 guys (at last count) have surgery this season. Kay will be gone but he will be replaced by either Munchie Legeux or the former #1 HS QB in the country a couple years ago, Gunner Kiel.

I'll believe it when I see it. Our players aren't what's holding this team back. I don't expect the coaches to get out of their own way next year.

Typical fanbase reaction to a 1st year coach. No patience whatsoever. Cincy is going to be fine under Tuberville.

UC is difficult to beat at Nippert.

A sophomore and junior team is hard to beat too. Lynch for president!

RE: Just wait Cincy
On the TV the Tigers looked like a CUSA team playing a BE team, which is essentially what it was.

Hopefully, the team can bulk up and/or recruit some size and depth in the coming years.

The defense was carved up, but the Tigers remained in the game until the fatal fumble. I do not know how long this team can continue losing this way and keep their heads up; testament to the coach in keeping them focused to date.

At least we are in games and not getting blown out in the first half like we had been the previous 3 years. I can actually stomach watching full games this year.

Trash talk not needed here, the better team won.
