Sorry BB,

It was bad form to vent about one guy but taking a shot at the whole fanbase...

Unfortunately, that happens a lot....one or two posters from one school piss off everyone and there is a bit of generalization about all the posters. BB is not only a great poster, but a highly educated and well respected man and an asset to this board.

Speaking of rarely experiencing winning:

BallSt - 5
(former member) Marshall - 5

There's a football program inferior to OhioU? Where?

Last I checked, it's been 45 years since the last time OhioU won a conference championship in football.

That's every current full MAC member. Every single one!

And a lot of those schools haven't even been in the MAC the entire time since OhioU's last football championship (Buffalo, Akron, CMU, EMU, BallSt, NoILL).

UMass has just started in the MAC - so give it a little time.

Of former MAC FB members: only hapless short term members UCF and Temple failed to win a MAC championship in football since OhioU's last football championship - and each only played football in the conference for a few years.

That is why it's a joke that you would even presume that other programs in the MAC were "inferior" to OhioU's football program. It's not even close. OhioU's program is the poster child for inferior programs in football in the MAC.

It isn't hate or envy that MAC fans have for OhioU - it's annoyance from their myopic fans.

I like CeMIC.

I'm glad you're becoming a Chip fan - I like them too.
Or is that not what you meant?

He's saying that he likes CeMIC more than WeMic or EaMic, even though he went to NIU.

This may be our first Northern Iowa alum to be a Chip fan.

How cool is that?
