yep- and the most since 2000.

It is amazing for the depth that 20/30 teams have won World Series the last 35 years. 19/30 last 30 years.

I don't like it either, but it will not be done away with, so your two options are to maintain the status quo or add the DH to the NL.

I'm gonna get this thread back to where I think it should be by throwing out some names:
Clay Bucholz
Jon Lester
David Price
Chris Archer
Chris Sale
Ubaldo Jimenez
Danny Salazar
Max Scherzer
Anibal Sanchez
Yu Darvish
Derek Holland
Martin Perez
Felix hernandez
Taijuan Walker

Those are the AL starting pitchers in their 20s who throw hard. I haven't even gotten to the relief pitchers. Look at the Royals pen. Hell, just look at the Cardinals

if you think this thread needs to move in a different direction, start another one

I don't care for the DH and would prefer the NL not add it, but I understand the arguments made by proponents. No way would I want the ball juiced either. Maybe if teams stop paying .240 hitters multi-million dollar contracts, players will stop focusing on being part of the home run derby it seems to devolved into at times.

I want the mound raised back to where it was.

you will never see that. We need more offense, not less

I know I'll never see that, but I'd like it. I'd also like to eliminate the DH, but it's here to stay because it drives up salaries. But I definitely NEVER want the DH in the NL. Willing to keep things as they are and just play ball.
