I guess so hahaha, with that SOS they had, a one loss Louisville should be clinging to the top 25 at best imo.

Tell me about it, coaches and media do not like us at all. Everyone below us and ahead of us keeps losing and we just keep gaining votes at a snails pace.

They lost to an unranked team at home. We beat two Big Ten teams on the road, one convincingly. No way they should be ranked ahead of us.

We have to accept that fact Fresno is the darling this year, they don't have to do much. Did anyone ever find out the coaches points exactly?

I really wish Ball State did not stub toe against North Texas State. Otherwise, they would likely be ranked and set up a juicier win. As it is, I do think we will gain big if we knock them off convingingly.

The dream continues until we lose.

Thanks for this link, here is the incurred damage from this weeks coaches poll to the BCS, this is the 1/3rd contribution from the Coaches:

Last Week
Fresno 0.090
NIU 0.048

This week
Fresno 0.114
NIU 0.064

We basically lose 0.008 compared to last week, not major. Computers might save us still.

No, but Fresno is gaining so many more votes than us week-to-week so when it is all said and done the gap between us and them is only getting bigger.

epasnoopy I feel like you are not using logic right now and panicking. We have BSU and Toledo coming up Fresno has Crap and more Crap coming up, the gap wont continue to grow that much no matter how much bias there is.

Assuming both Fresno and NIU keep winning, the gap in the human polls will eventually shrink, not get bigger, because the other teams ahead of us (and right behind us) all have to play each other. By the end of the season, we could easily be right behind Fresno in the human polls and it will come down to the computers which, right now, are heavily in our favor! Just keep winning, baby!

Exactly, its almost good that we have this larger separation setting up now, we have human points to gain in our back pocket to more than compensate for any computer tightening. This thing is going to be so close if both teams win, its kind of silly right now to jump off a ledge if Fresno is 17 and we are 19 and Fresno is 0.01 ahead.

RE: 22 in Coaches poll
There was less of a gap of vote gaining in the Coaches Poll than AP.

We gained 74, Fresno gained 113.

I just dot get it, Fresno only blew out Idaho....all other games they've played have been relatively similar to NIUs week in and out performances....just don't get it...I sure hope the BCS rankings don't share this viewpoint
