Alright, let's build this lead a little more and then use this game to give our 2nd+ stringers experience. Want to see Driphus and other QBs, as well as other WRs.

Watching it...it almost looked like Ross wasn't particularly trying hard. He looked to be moving at maybe 3/4 normal speed on one of the runs? And he's still pushing through?

Weird...

14-0

Is it wrong of me to wish that this game was a bit more ... suspenseful? I'm glad we are rolling, of course, but I'm starting to feel sorry for NMSU. I'm not used to watching a Rice game without any anxiety; I don't know how to deal with it.

ETA: Okay, it was wrong of me to post that. Now NMSU is picking up some yards. I take it back! I take it back!

Nomination for tonight's JP Award of Achievement in Broadcast Description Clarity:

Danny Knee: "There hasn't been a play (for the Owls) that hasn't not worked."

When it's 35-0 you can quit worrying. This is still close.

Aggies gain some yards on well-executed deception.

Kick a FG

14-3. We need 65 more points to fulfill my prediction in the other thread.

Aggies use a Hatfield stable -- the short kickoff. Runback from 28 to Owls' 40. Thanks for the field position.

They've shown no ability to defend the option (or much of anything).
