RE: Walmart has Christmas decorations out already
That's nothing. I was flipping through the channels around the third week of September and one of the home shopping networks was already selling Christmas stuff. It seems to slowly make its way into each month as the years go by.

I have seen Christmas displays in various stores going back to last month. It's never too early for retailers. Kind of kills the spirit for me, but some people get into it.

I remember Service Merchandise and Goldsmiths having christmas trees out at the end of October when I was a kid.

My problem isn't selling Xmas stuff now... I have a problem with stores ignoring Thanksgiving.

I like Christmas like most people but it is getting ridiculous how early these retailers are putting out all this Christmas stuff.

Sadly I haven't felt the Christmas spirit in years. It's so commercial now that it just feels fake to me. Money ruins everything.

I agree. However, in an unselfish effort to promote goodwill to a fellow Tiger fan, I will reluctantly offer to accept yours in order for you to have a better outlook about the upcoming holiday season.

Aren't those "Holiday" decorations? I rarely see "Christmas" listed anywhere.

You saw it here. I still say Merry Christmas and not Happy Holidays, and I really don't give a f##k if someone is offended by that.
