I haven't seen this addressed elsewhere.

Congratulations are in order for Dukester and his family for receiving the Dr. Ray Sonner spirit award.

It was good to see them on the field Saturday receiving recognition for longtime support of JMU athletics including the tossing of streamers in Bridgeforth.

And yes DJ has definitely grown, but he's still only 5-11, one inch smaller than Dad. :-)

Dukester - thanks for all you do and have done for JMU. I am pleased you got the recognition and it is great to know that initiative and passion can converge to create tradition! I have only met you a few times, I do hope you heard my Dukester cheer as you came off the field. No one else seemed to get it.
