RE: Tracking Pastner 2013-14
Where would we stand if we finished the regular season 27-7. No bad losses, split the remaining "big games" (2-2) and make the AAC semi's. 5 seed? 6 seed?

And he just tied the late, great Bruce Stewart for most wins in the first five seasons. Stewart took three Blue Raider teams to the NCAA tournament, including a 1989 stunning defeat of Florida State, 97-83.

RE: Tracking Pastner 2013-14
I think, had we stayed mired in CUSA, we'd enter selection Sunday with only 2 losses. But that we would not necessarily have gotten a better seed than we'll end up with as it is.

One win away from tying legendary Everett Case, the Gray Fox, who took North Carolina St to 6 straight Southern League championships from 1947-52 before joining the ACC.

He was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1982.
