Rutgers is a very good 4-1 team! Their only loss was to a undefeated Top 25 Fresno State team in over time. To look pass Rutgers would be a fools venture at best. Fans talk smack, bit Coach Charlie Strong has been preaching to our Cards, "that unless you bring your best A game, you will lose to Rutgers"! It will be a great game tonight against a solid team.

Should be another classic nationally televised Rutgers - Louisville showdown!

I love to hate Rutgers. Always fires me up when we play them. In my mind Rutgers and WVU are equal. I think next year, they will even be more alike.........remember, this is game day all in good fun!

Actually this would a great Out of conference game schedule fr Louisville:

Cincinnati
Rutgers
West Virginia
Kentucky

I'd like to point out that both Pitt and VT are 1 loss teams who's only losses are to undefeated teams too. So by that measure both VT and Pitt are very good 1 loss teams.

We will probably have a better idea after tonight. You may very well be right, but its hard to know as their schedule has been pretty weak after game 1.

Eh, I saw their game against SMU last week and I was underwhelmed. I think Louisville beats them by double digits.

Rutgers is the best team that Louisville has played in its first six games. Up next is Central Florida.

Well, that's probably true. However the others were as follows:
Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, Kentucky and Florida International. No offense but that is hardly murderers row.

I like Louisville but I think last night's game really damaged their MNC hopes and it basically ended Bridgewater's Heisman Trophy campaign.

UL didn't have national title hopes. You forgot they also played 0-5 Temple.

None taken. Its a very fair assessment of what the program is right now. Not horrific, even slightly above average but no better than that.

That being said, good game out there folks. Sloppy on both sides, but the better team won.

Good luck. Now beat the hell out of Central Florida and Cincinnati for us!
