I like his sense of humor... 04-bow

K-State to face biggest challenge yet in Baylor
Quote:Snyder does have a plan to slow down the Bears, who come to Manhattan for a 2:30 p.m. kickoff Saturday averaging 70.5 points and 779.5 total yards a game.

We're going to take the first snap and run into the locker room and stay there until halftime,” he said.

The stodgy old coot has a sense of humor after all. I think...maybe that really is his plan. After all, he is a bit of a contrarian. 04-cheers

Well, there is always sabotaging Baylor's in-bound transportation as an option!

Seriously through, this is the kind of game that Snyder somehow wins...

Perhaps a big Canadian low pressure system will come in and turn the field into a sheet of ice. That would be the best thing for y'all, Phog...

The key to stopping Baylor's offense is to play ball control and keep then off the field and Snyder is a master at that.

However, if K-State can't move the ball, that strategy goes right out the window...

He certainly can be a master of in-season adjustments and game planning. His bowl record (when teams have more time to counter him) is less impressive, but that legendary work ethic often pays off during the regular season.

Baylor's opposition may not have been that strong so far, but the production has been off the charts.
Going to be interesting to see what happens.

Unfortunately K-State's stadium has Astroturf, so they can't grow their grass six inches high for the game like Northwestern did last week...
