Thanks for showing your ignorance of what transpired.

I can't help it that we weren't motivated to play a crappy ECU team in the GMAC bowl just like you can't help it that when we did decide to impose our will your team was helpless.

Oh, and I like how you throw out years that don't suite you. Now you want to start at 2007 and forget the first two years of CUSA 2.0? You're a joke.

Marshall is by far the best team. These polls are wrong and Marshall should be ranked in the top 25. I laugh at your facts and statistics and ohio is really good too.

ECU has not been dominant. Dominant is like Marshall winning 5 straight MAC titles.

SJ, if a team plays Alabama, Oregon, Stanford and LSU in OOC play and goes 0-4 does that mean they are good? In your eyes it make them great because they played the #1 toughest schedule apparently.

UNC is not a good football team this year. I understand why you want to think they are, to give more value to your rare win over them, but they are not the same team they were last year. They are 1-4, probably look at 1-5. They need a heck of a run to get bowl eligible this year.

That's your MO though, overvalue everything ECU does and undervalue everything anyone else does. UNT beating Ball State is a good win. According to Sagarin ECU has beaten #128 ODU, #97 FAU, #74 UNC and #108 MTSU. Ball State is #63. Ball State has as many FBS victories than the 4 teams you have beaten combined.

^^^
This is why I thank the Creator every damn day we are getting out of this crap hole of a conference......when beating Ball St is considered to be a big win. WTF?

Since this is a college football rankings thread here goes:

2005 CUSA East
ECU 2nd
Marshall 6th

2006
ECU 2nd
Marshall 3rd

You know the rest of the years. The only year that Marshall ranked higher in CUSA East was 2011, when they had a 5-3 record to ECU's 4-4 record. Otherwise ECU has finished higher each year than Marshall.
