In this day and age, if you wait 3-4 years to fully judge a coach you've waited too long. A lot of damage can be done in that time period if he's not the right guy. And to be clear, I'm not advocating TT be fired at this juncture either.

The coach cant fully show what he has planned and what he wants to do with the team with someone elses players who dont fill in the roles he is looking for. I still think 1 year is too quick to judge

Give TT and Gran 4 years to prove this was a bad fit and we'll set the program back to the Minter days.

Forget current win loss record...anyone seeing anything from these guys to instill confidence that they will win at the rate we have grown accustomed to? In 2 of 3 areas of the game, we are playing like this staff was brought in to rebuild a program down on its luck.

We better start praying this is not going sideways. What a nightmare.
