New Bahamas Bowl - 2014 - All G5 Included
The new Bahamas Bowl is expected to make an announcement on October 14th.
Will start in 2014. Will be played in Nassau, Bahamas with all G5's participating.
Guess this is the same one CUSA had been boasting about.

They are the anchor conference for the Bahamas bowl and the Boca bowl.

Well they will have a hard time being anchors. Don't you have to be heavy to be an anchor. Right now the projected C USA teams will have a hard time meeting their bowl commitments.

I like the idea of multiple conferences being involved. Should theoretically make for more interesting game. It also should even out the inconsistencies of conferences not meeting their bowl obligations. The G5 will always have greater inconsistencies in terms of the number of bowl-eligible teams. This will help even out the hills and valleys.

Of course, politics will come into play if one deserving team, like last years MTSU is left out over another.
