TS Karen - USA at Troy
Should we be worried about the game? Looks like landfall Saturday night as a Cat 1 Hurricane or TS at the MS/AL border.

Our game is early so we won't be effected. Right now there's only a 20% chance of rain during the day... But Saturday night in Troy will be rough.

Isn't it an unwritten rule that a Tropical Storm must begin around a South Alabama football game?

I'm still heading to the game, but the wife and kids are staying home.

The storm's forward speed has slowed to 6mph. It won't even make landfall until Sunday afternoon.

The weather will NOT be a factor.

I would blame the overlord master machine that controls us all. Seriously, by the time it got up to Troy wouldn't be just a few scattered thunderstorms?

Troy is just 1.5 hours straight north of the coast... It would still be a tropical storm probably. But even so that thing won't even start to bring rain to Troy still late late Saturday. Our game is at noon .
