Can we not stay on topic? I'm not trying to derail this topic I'm not the subject of this topic but Troy (crybaby) freaking st is and I gave my prediction on why I think you lose.

Now you might take exception to the (crybaby) but surely you can't to the "downside of irrelevant". As far as the (crybaby) I think it fits the fans with superpowers and your coach. I think a little less whining and cry and more attention to coaching defense would be the wise choice.

As far as the "freaking st" well that goes back to when I first heard you were joining the SBC

I will repeat my prediction again

USA brings their B game it will be a close win going down to the end
USA brings their A game USA wins by 10

Threads rarely stay on topic. That's the beauty of having a conversation, and lest we be micromanaged, it's not going to be a big deal.

None of us are relevant in the big picture. The big time schools all look at us in the same way, beneath them. 90% of college football fans that aren't SBC fans can't tell you much about who is good in the SBC and who is not. A majority of the fans on this board think the SBC is much more well known, watched, and talked about than it is. My answer to that is to look at the MAC, a conference on par with the SBC. Most of us can't name a ton of schools from the MAC, and the only one anyone truly cares about is NIU.

I don't mind being called Troy State. We love our rich history. That can't be said about all fanbases here.

A fair prediction. This game won't be easy for Troy.

I don't want to make a prediction on win or lose because frankly, I can't trust my team to perform well enough to convince me of a win outright.

However, Troy is a tough mother at home...and anyone who has been around this league long enough will agree. If South doesn't bring their A game, it will be a long night. If they do...well, we will just have to see who wants it more I guess.
