He has already won 3 State Championships and has not lost a game in high school.

How has Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, or Notre Dame not offered this kid? Their loss is our gain for sure!

On an earlier thread on this QB, I commented he is hitting passes that would be difficult against orange cones, let alone competition. Ithaca is "small" school I believe and that could be the only reason he's not getting attention from the larger Michigans. Same reason Dysert ends up at Miami.......

Toledo is a good spot to get the QB showcase. He can pick from any of the professional degrees. Not too far from home. Maybe it's just better for him here?

Tough to get the starting job right away... Woodside, BamaDude, Jullian, any other freshman QB's we bring in.

I guess it's better than competing with an already proven starter.

Ithica plays at the Division 6 level. His conference really isn't that great to begin with. He may not have any true competition until the state final 4 or state title game.

Thought so

but still, that's some FINE passing and decision making. If he can make it in the faster game, he's got potential.

You must be studying hard. It's Ely. (You knew that, right?)

Doubt that he would play right away. He probably has some things he could work on for a season.

I was wondering about that when I watched the video. He seems to spread the ball around a lot and his receivers seem to outrun everybody. That made me wonder how good the teams are he's playing against.

He seems to do a good job of putting the ball where it can be caught be his receivers. The only thing I see, and I'm certainly no expert, but it seems like his footwork, and maybe his body positioning, isn't real crisp. But, that can be fixed with better training.

Wasn't meaning to be critical; meant it in a light hearted way.

RE: Toledo QB Commit Having a Great Season
Winning 42 in a row in any conference is noteworthy but adding in playoff games makes all the more impressive.
