ummm...we're 0 and freakin 4

We haven't won a home game since 2011

We lost to this same freaking opponent by 56 points just three years ago and someone brilliantly said hey let's get raped again.

This was stupid scheduling all around. But then again our old scheduling guy took a job outside athletics to get away from Cheryl. We now schedule by magic eight ball.

But you have thousands of alums, and results on the field don't matter. You can't beat that drum for 24 straight months and then talk out of the other side of your mouth. You will get called out on it.

I am not talking out of the other side of anything. I am sure a couple thousand will be there. But be serious. If YOUR team had not won a home game in a year and a half how many would you have this week in attendance? Why would anyone want to go to this game? We have already seen BDS. We had a pretty good group for Tennessee. We will have a large group for Clemson. Zero reason for anyone to trek to Tuscaloosa and watch us get blasted again at 11:21 am.

Every G5 team that plays Alabama will get blasted. However, many of those schools will bring a good crowd.

Panama, I get that you are trying to keep a positive spin on things, but at this point EVERYTHING is a stretch until some actual positive things happen regarding attendance or performance.

If you can't see that your posts over the last two years are now different than your current tone I don't think we need to continue this conversation other than to say I disagree. Good luck today...

I see nothing positive about this season. So youre really misunderstanding me.

Now different?! LOL. I have been down on this program since oh yeah 2011. Not continuing any conversations with you Saint would be a blessing today. You have made your disdain for GSU quite well known for years. We still have more upside than you. Get over it. Make sure you jump on us in 2014 because after that its game over Appy and Southern. LOL

See, now THAT was positive

I have serious doubts the Ga State experiment works out. And I hope it does as it is better for Ga Southern if Ga State is successful. If the program is successful it allows a rivalry to develop and more positive coverage for both of us in Atlanta. If we were both solid teams, it could be a game that gets some buzz in the city.

I am not even going to say it again because I have said it so many times even I am sick of it. I see Georgia Southern football commercials during Braves games. West Georgia football commercials during The Voice. We have an athletic administration that has done zero to engage alumni and continues to antagonize students. Nothing to engage Atlantans. If we had Georgia Southern or Appalachian State's athletic leaders, thus wouldnt even be a thread.

This is not stupid scheduling..GSU gets more exposure in this game than they would in 10 wins against fcs teams..This kind of game is what helps build a program..Kids want to come to a school and compete against great teams..Look how Florida State and Miami came from wastelands years ago, they went on the road, got blasted, drew attention, got better then became nationally known schools..

At this point, most money spent on marketing is a waste for Ga St. They have to win and hope the students care. Up until now, they really aren't interested even during a 6-5 season once the newness wore off. Tough situation. Let's hope Miles can pull of a miracle.

You're like an economist since 2008, pushing back the recovery one more year each year.

It must suck being wrong every time.

Sadly, I don't think Georgia State has much of a chance in this one.

After today, do all of the "newbies" now get that playing FBS football EVERY WEEK is a daunting task, considering that you all had your asses handed to you this week.

Cut out the championship of the SBC talk until you have a winning season at the FBS level, in the case of GaSt, that's if you EVER do.

The level of competition week in and week out seems to be beyond your limited comprehension.

Shut up.
