Actually, they used to be in Northeast Conference, which allowed up to 40 scholarships. That was the league Rhode Island was heading for until the CAA convinced them to stick around. The part about being overmatched held up, though.

Albany replaced ODU in the CAA. Not a fair trade.

Except for the first albany's drive i liked what i saw on defense today.A little improvement on defensive front and if we can do that every week i can't ask for more.
