It's important because it is believed (according to quotes from our AD Todd Stansbury) that the trophy (if any) for this rivalry will be based on all sports victories, not just football.

That might work as a trophy, only problem is Willie T promised to own the I-4 corridor, so we might need his permission. LOL

Today, UCF finished 4th in the women's AAC Cross Country Championship while USF finished 6th.

UCF does not have a men's team. USF has one and finished 8th out of 8 teams.

Looks like we get our first post-season War on I4 match as UCF takes on USF in the Women's Soccer Semi-Finals on Friday the 8th at 5:00 p.m.

You have not passed USF but rather we are having a down year or bad luck across the board. We used to own you guys....so it's obvious that things change.

The reality is that both schools are evenly matched and results fluctuate throughout the years. Even including this years UCF wins the records in past five years are
Men's soccer 2-2
Baseball 4-4
Men's basketball 2-2
Football 0-0
Women's basketball 0-0
Softball USF up 1-0
Volleyball 3-3
Women's soccer UCF up 7-0

So other than women's soccer all pretty even.
