Kenya is upset about a State Dept issued a travel advisory for Kenya.

Not exactly. The impact Snowden has is that to the extent anything he released might reveal sources, future potential sources will feel threatened and less likely to share. That's the reason why most intelligence reports are classified, not because of the information itself but because of what it might reveal about sources--ie, spies.

You missed my analogy - when our espionage gets so out of hand that a million contractors are reading are daily emails and Facebook posts, maybe you should blame the operator for not better maintaining their vehicle.
