KSU has won 12 in a row against the FCS. Sorry!
Congrats!
Congrats on 10 in a row!

RE: MAC Football Games - Week 4
Ohio had a crappy crowd today 19,547 after it rained heavily all morning. Three weeks in a row of home football probably also wore on the fanbase.
Homecoming still could push 26,000 yet if the Cats get a win next week at Akron.

One thing which is really bad is the number of MAC team scoring 0, 3, or 7 points today.

20-0 in the 1st? Wow... wasn't expecting that.

RE: MAC Football Games - Week 4
Man, what a disappointment it would be for our marquee team to lose to EIU.
As for the Miami-UC game, although final score was pretty close the game really was not....Miami had only 4 first downs as our Head Coach has for some unknown reason has inserted a new option "attack" (more like a retreat) this season that has everyone "scratching their heads" in Oxford. It is a horrendous offensive scheme. I am beginning to think that he won't even last the season as the alumni are starting to come unglued over our complete lack of competitiveness.

I'm on my way back from Athens. 20-20 according to my ESPN app. Really hope they pull ahead for the good of the conference. I am sick of seeing the MAC lose to teams below FBS.

Impossible. I read that Ohio had sold out their entire season. It must be true. It seemed to be a very reliable source.

Eastern is playing wreckless to say the least. They have gone for it on fourth down four times, tried a fake punt, a two point conversion, and an onside kick. NIU has weathered the storm and is taking control.

Team play better but lots of injuries today. Was very fortunate and took some smart phone pictures today.
7 - 24 mostly in the fourth quarter.

I'll be surprised if OC Klacik has his job after next week, he's the head of the worst offense I've ever seen in my life. Treadwell probably won't last halfway through the year either, I think we'll lose to UMass or Akron and that game will finally push him out.
I feel bad for our defense and special teams, who played their butts off and held UC off until midway through the fourth, although I don't think we could even score on Talawanda High School right now to be honest. Boucher was a QB with offers from teams like Ohio State, I doubt Tressel wanted him to run the read option like he's being forced to do (although he made some miserable throws as well).

Watching NIU on my laptop...they just cruised down the field, making 10 yards plus on almost every play from scrimmage and just scored to make it 30-20 in 3Q.
Nice looking crowd, too.

It's crazy that you said that because I was just thinking about that about an hour or so earlier. Toledo was another school that really wanted him and I was thinking about what might have been if he chose Toledo.

RE: MAC Football Games - Week 4
EIU has it back and moving right down the field as well. Their linemen look pretty equal to NIU in the size department.
Well, boom, just like that EIU scored again to cut it to a 4 point game as XP was missed. NIU had scored 30 straight points before that but this game isn't over yet. Not matter how this ends up, this certainly won't help garner NIU any more Top 25 votes....but of course the most important thing is to make sure they just win the darn game!

NIU gets kickoff and has holding call and backs em up inside the 15.

Their defense and defensive line look pretty small to me compared to the NIU offense.
