OT-A.J. Sager Promoted
Former Rocket QB and Pitcher A.J. Sager and football radio analyist (sp) has been promoted by the Detroit Tigers to Minor League Pitching Coordinator. He will be responsible for the developement of all the minor league pitching prospects of the Tigers on all 5 minor league teams.

He has spent the last 6 years as the pitching coach for the (AAA) Toledo Mud Hens.

Congradulations go out to a deserving nice guy.

I miss him doing radio for UT. Don't get me wrong, Andy Boyd does a fine job, but I liked listening to AJ.
