It's more a matter of reminding them of their place in the Virginia college world. They can bark all they want, they're still academic peers with Longwood and Norfolk state.

Oh, no offense taken. We just don't care to be compared to UNC-Chapel Hill.

I think you guys will see that we have quite a bit of respect for JMU and your football program. It'll be another great test for our young guys, hopefully our QB will take more care of the ball on Saturday.

I don't believe we will win, however I'd like to see us remain competitive. I think we'll be able to move the ball, just not sure how our defense will hold up. We have some injuries and depth was a concern coming into the season.

My supervisor is much more into the NFL. He'll follow the scores, but that's about it. He's seemed more interested in us than JMU this year, but that's because I'm the one really annoying tool in every office that just won't let their alma mater go.

The girl over him? She couldn't care less. My schedule has me working on Saturdays, and when I went to her to try and work out an arrangement that would allow me to go back to Charlotte for games, she asked me when football season was.
