19 ODU - Good news: 3 starters are back, and new coach Jeff Jones bas won before. Bad news: Last year's team was 5-25 in the CAA, which is not exactly the Big Ten. Our call: The Monarchs will spend the year looking way up the crowded league.
So, who is 16-18? And, I know ODU had a down year last year, but 19th in a 16 team league? Damn!

I thought Lindy's had some really good write ups. I think latech and mtsu were ranked a bit low.

There was no comparison in the magazine. I don't know who Boardingham is nor do I care.
Even though you don't care . . . Boardingham

They really have a hard on for those two huh? They look anywhere else? I've honestly never seen either play, but damn.
I thought the same, but they have Southern Miss as #1 and a Southern Miss player getting half the preseason awards, so they must be Truth!

Wow, this is Rod Rucker and Neil Watson's conference to shine in. That's an amazing list of individual selections, albeit unofficial awards, for those 2.

When he was able to stay out of foul trouble, he was tough to handle the second half of the season.

I think it was lazy predictions on Michael Bradley part. I like both of them but there is no way those predictions will be even 10% right....lol

Yeah - - - I think I would put LaTech #1 or #2. I would have MTSU in the top 5.
I thought the write-up on MTSU was kinda funny. . . the Garth Brooks reference. . . something along the lines of "by moving into conference-usa, middle has "friends in low places". Obviously a knock on the conference, but pretty funny.
I think FIU could surprise. Not contend, but maybe be a bit better than expected. I like UAB a bit more than USM.
