It's not listed on the Gameplan schedule i see but it seems like they sometimes add games later in the week. Right now only 4 games are listed. UB vs SB is only shown as an ESPN3 game as of today.

I assume one could calculate the correlation coefficient between final 2012 and 2013 for all FBS teams and the correlation would be pretty high. (correlate two ranked variables with the ranked variables being Sagarin rankings).
