Please delete this post. SJ will attack you because he says ECU always has 50,000.

Will you get off his nuts. He isn't in this thread, but it will get derailed because of your obsessiveness with all things SJ and East Carolina.

Our attendance has been disappointing from what it has been the last 3 years since we expanded but Marshall has drawn 40k to a game one time in their entire history. It's not even a subject worth talking with them. You still aint even in the galaxy with us.

I'm glad attendance trophies wins you champio-

Wait.

There is only so much fans can do to support a team; hopefully help them win games and have a better chance of recuiting...show up, donate money, buy officially licensed gear, and watch when televised...sorry but ECU fans take that roll seriously!

With the approved expansion to 58,000 to 60,000 seats on the horizon; it does matter since we will have a staduim as large as UNC- Chapel Hill and NCSU. I do not think anyone esle in this conference can even come close to claiming they are within striking distance of their in state P5 members or even reaching the half way mark for those with P5 80,000 to 100,000 seat staduims. If fact, we have alrady pased 2 P5 members in Wake and Duke (if you can really call them P5 in football but they still collect a P5 check every year).

Just wondering does empty staduims win championships and if the team wins does it matter since no cared to even show up?

Are you talking capacity or attendance? Legion Field's capacity is above the halfway mark of Jordan-Hare and Bryant-Denny.

Have you read this whole thread? Your Banker Herd fan called him out, he didn't start this. I use to really like you Marshall fans until this year. It's not our fault you got left behind. Grow up!

Well said........love your logo......I truly do have great respect for Marshall and 99% of its supporters. It just that 1% who attack ECU at all cost while trying to win Cusa Championships and on paper.
